Putting the book he was reading to the side, he looks up and raises a brow slightly, "Has something happened?" Killswitch asked - his need to be prepared showing itself in his choice of words. Needing to know if something is going on, so that he can figure out what to do. How to help and plan for what they can do next. "Or you got something for me to do?"

Killswitch raised a brow as she spoke, it still amazes him how different everyone was and their approaches to things and how they go about this - but they all work well together so he doesn't question it. "I suppose that makes us different there, breakfast is just another meal to me," He just says with a soft shrug of his shoulders. Eating was just part of his routine that he makes for himself, even if sometimes he may forget about lunch or dinner depending on the work he had been working on for the day.
"I was planning on doing matience of my guns," while his power allows him manipulation across weapons, that doesn't mean he doesn't like checking them manually – making it so he's not fully reliant on his power to always be working. "After that, I have no plans." Rare, him letting himself not plan too much ahead, it feels weird, but he's been advised to 'take a day off' from his training; and he's done so.

There was a scoff that falls from his lips as he runs a hand through his hair. Can't dwell on his mistakes? No. That is all he will do - because there shouldn't have been any mistakes. None. Mistakes means people get hurt. Innocent people are at more of a risk and Killswitch doesn't like that, he works so hard so there won't be any mistakes. So, he will dwell on all his mistakes.
"Yeah, well, if I don't - I can't fix it. There shouldn't have been a mistake. I..." planned it all out. Except - something went wrong, Killswitch missed something and things are different now. Again. "This is why I work so hard. So there aren't any... yet, there was. I miscalutlated somewhere and I need to know where. I can not make the same mistak again."
Training. It's what he does best - it's what he needs to do. Killswitch doesn't care about being the best, or the leader ; no the leader was Morgan and that was very much clear to him - but he would always work hard so that they can not be over powered and win.
His body was sore, but he kept going, he needed to keep going - and going. Working hard is what he does. It's what he feels he has to do. "I don't need to rest, I need to train." He says when he hears footsteps enter the room. He doesn't bother looking to see who it was. His books are scattered in a corner, where he constantly takes his notes down. Things to tell the others so they all can do better. "Are you here to train with me?"
