Again with the Sims 3 screenshots?
Here’s a family I made that has every life state available with the base game and the expansion packs I have.
Apparently, even though I don’t have the Supernatural expansion pack, a mod I got still lets me make ghosts in Create-A-Sim, so I did just that. It also lets me choose ghosts of death types that aren’t possible without expansion packs. Thus, I chose for the ghost girl to the left to have death by Jelly Bean.
The Child sitting down is an Imaginary Friend turned real. The Alien is one that abducted me and I used cheats to add to my active family.
The living SimBot is a replacement for the Ghost SimBot, who returned from a vacation looking just like an ordinary Sim but still having the SimBot animations. I tried to use cheats to turn his appearance back into that of a SimBot, but the head still looked like that of an ordinary Sim. So I used testingcheatsenabled to trigger age transition, and since the game considers SimBots to be Elders, that killed him.
I DID get the Opportunity “Oh My Ghost!” that let him be a playable ghost. So I did that to have a hybrid life state, which means less in Sims 3 than it did in Sims 2.
Most of Sims 3′s life state hybrids are ghosts of other life states.
