Summary:

Phoebe Spengler came to NYC to get lost in the rush and the busyness. Here no one would pay attention to her oddness, and she could focus on her studies. Instead she meets the one person who seems to see through her. Melody seems to get Phoebe the moment they meet on the subway. What starts as a harmless crush becomes something deeper as Phoebe learns that Melody is a ghost trapped on the A Line. Phoebe will have to examine her own past in order to help free Melody. In the events of Afterlife after defeating Gozer, Sakura watches from afar ghost Egon have an emotional yet sentimental moment with his family. As Callie let go of the hug she stepped aside & slowly led her ghost father's hand towards Sakura's direction. Sakura dropped her proton pistols on the ground & looked at both Callie & ghost Egon. "I know she means so much to you...& I know she's considered family too." Callie spoke as she stepped aside letting Sakura also have a final moment with her ghost husband. Sakura immediately hugs ghost Egon tightly as she quietly sobs onto his ghostly chest; ghost Egon then gently wipes away her tears & slowly caresses her cheek...even after death his spirit still wears their wedding ring. Ghost Egon looked at the guys one final time then slowly looked at Ray. Ray was almost on the verge of tearing up, but he kept his composure "Don't worry...she's in good hands." Ray spoke as he wrapped his arm around Sakura to comfort her. Then Egon's spirit slowly disappears as everyone looked up at stars...Sakura slowly rubs her wedding ring as she looks up at the stars "Goodbye mi amor...I'll see you soon."

SO I have a very important question: what did you think of the underrated 2021 classic that is Ghostbusters: Afterlife??

it was fine, not my thing tho

Good! Not the peak of cinema or anything but good

I thought it was great and here's why (add in tags/comments if you want)

I think it was awful and disrespectful to the original Ghostbusters movies

I was wondering this because I really never see people talk about this movie.. I remember going to watch it at the movie theater a bit after it came out and I loved it; I still love it but I can definitely see why people might not as much since it is pretty different from the originals

So I figured why not unleash this onto Tumblr lol
