Today's smoothie felt more like a shake but I guess it still counts?
Greek yogurt, plain oats, frozen strawberries, unsweetened cocoa powder, and some cream because I didn't have any milk.
This came out to be THICCCCCCCC. Almost a bit too thick for my liking. I would definitely replace cream with milk to see if that would help. The oats added a bit of a gritty texture but I don't hate it.
It wasn't too sweet, so I think adding unsweetened cocoa powder instead of hot chocolate mix was the right call. The honey is there because it's an anti oxidant and helps with my flare-ups but it's also nice because it helps to control the sweetness.

Would I make again? Yes. Although I think I would use milk instead of cream.
I definitely agree with you on the oats and unsweetened cocoa parts, when you're adding a sweetener or something else that's very sweet it's best to use the unsweetened version of another ingredient to keep the balance i think. One time I realized we were out of blueberries so i put a blueberry oatmeal packet in my smoothie and the texture turned out so bad 😭 Tbh i think without the oats this would be really close to what I'm going to be trying when we pick up more frozen fruit. Overall i think it'd be a 7/10 because of the oats. If so good why do they fuck up the texture so much 😭
