US/JP Spotlight: Ghostlate

Ghostlate is from Tokyo, Japan. They started playing back in 2009, but only began releasing music in just the past few years. They play a style of screamo heavily influenced by European & American acts. In Tokyo, they play a lot of shows with fellow Tokyo bands blue friend and asthenia, to name a few. Their first EP, paradigm shift, is what brought them to my attention, and you can grab it from the distro right now.

Wow! Amazing new track from Tokyo's Ghostlate. This band continues to surprise me with each new track that comes out. Here's your japanese screamo fix for the month.

Ghostlate's new CD is available in the distro. European-influenced screamo that really mixes screamo styles from all over the place. These guys play it good and passionate, just like it should be.
