What Doctor?” Mickey looks between them. “It’s nothing!” Rose says, eager to change the subject before Mickey gets jealous. “I found him during a storm.” “And he mysteriously disappeared the next morning.” Martha happily stokes the flames. “The next morning? What was he doing with you that night, huh?” Mickey sniffs. “I’m not bloody easy, you sod—no offense, Jack—and he was a—“ “—Real catch.” Martha cuts in, ignoring Rose’s shocked glare, “Proper fit, gentlemanly too. It’s like the kind of thing you hear in a fairytale, really, with her saving him from the water like that.”
