Baby boy Ghost survived and did well overnight in ICU at UPenn. His condition is critical but he woke up this morning with promise! He is being treated with vacuum therapy at the amputation site to promote granulation of the skin and to remove any excess fluid buildup to help the super tight surgical area heal. He needed a blood transfusion during surgery because his blood pressure dropped due to his sepsis from the infection. Plus he is receiving plasma blood therapy because he was not clotting properly. He is being treated for pneumonia and the UPenn team is giving him much needed TLC. Baby Ghost is a miracle and thankfully @philadelphiabullycrew was able to step in and save him when they did!
