What is family?

If you had asked Hetty Woodstone that question when she was alive she would have laughed in your face. Obviously family is the people who share your blood. Now she isn't so sure of the answer.

Looking around the room she sees nothing extraordinary, Sass and Trevor arguing over what movie to watch while Thor drones on to the others about the many types of cod, yet her heart is filled with warmth at the scene.

Hetty had always associated family with high expectations. More specifically, never being able to meet those expectations. Though ever since her death the word has been given a completely different meaning.

With another glance to the people she has been forced to spend her afterlife with, she comes to a conclusion. This, this is family.
