I had to get recommended to see a medical therapist after maybe two sessions with a normal therapist The medical therapist looked over the files they had on me and then prescribed me something based off that Im not sure if it's different there though

okay. i’ll probably make an appointment with my doctor at some point and try and ask him about it. thank you for helping

I got my first meds from my physician and I got prescribed actual things by a medical therapist so, if you have that option it's better.

how do you see a medical therapist??? like??? i have only ever seen a social worker before??? i don’t know how to do things
