I like that Masakado has a shrine in his mansion dedicated to that one artifact he made out of his enemy's gouged out eyes. I hope it haunts him like a ghost from time to time 😌

So, this is a bit different.... I highly doubt anyone here will know these guys. But, I made Abe no Seimei, Hiromasa, and Doson from the 2001 Onmyoji movie.

I'll admit, they're not perfect. But, I learned how to make normals because of these three. The outfits had screwed up normals before. Anyhoo....

First up, Abe no Seimei himself.

Honestly, I think his face turned out the most accurate of this bunch. Also, I couldn't find the exact right hat. So, I recolored a fancier one black.

Next, Minamoto no Hiromasa.

I'll admit. His face was harder to translate for me.... I dunno why. But, the outfit is pretty much perfect. All I'm missing is a flute, and an archery set for him. (Also, I worked a decent bit on that middle picture.... If you know, you know.)

Finally, the main villain.... Doson in his first outfit.

The funny thing is.... I made him first. By fully editing a rando townie. He's probably the second best of this bunch accuracy wise. (On a side note.... Man, he was a really fun villain. So hammy, like, the whole movie is hammy. But he takes it to another level.)

Anyhoo, hopefully I did alright here. (And hopefully someone will recognize these three.)

(I wanted to just draw a quick sketch, why did it end up taking ~6 hours… I need to learn how to draw more sketchy sketches)
