Need to vent a little...

Last Saturday (Sep 18th) was my 24th birthday, but didn’t feel good :c

Let me explain, that date is also a national holiday here in Chile so... that day doesn’t feel like a real birthday. I can’t be with friends ‘cause they’re with their relatives for the holidays, stuff like that.

Anyway, I’m kind of depressed rn, my small family reunion was nice tho

I feel like instead of feeling like I'm actually a ghost, it's more like a ghost (not like a spirit more like human energy) has become a part of me. I don't know much about them. I think they are a guy bc sometimes I feel like a guy even though I identify as female(excluding them) but that's about it. I don't know how they died or anything about their life. Does anyone else feel like this?

It’s always kind of a shame when I see my friends post things like “Well, (insert family member/friend) has been in the hospital/on hospice for a long time and every few days the doctors tell us it’s the last day for them, but they keep fighting and proving the doctors wrong.”  For one thing, I guess it’s great that you get the chance to really say goodbye even if you are kind of dealing with that “any moment now” anxiety.  On the other hand, I know this is someone being difficult and not going where they’re supposed to go and I always have the thought like “Aw geez I’m gonna have to deal with you pretty soon, aren’t I?” and then one month later like clockwork I see my friend and they’ve got a shadow that shouldn’t be there and I have to push someone through the door.

TL;DR: Don’t wrestle for a few extra minutes when you know you’re at the end.  It doesn’t help anyone.
