request idea: Gianna/reader where reader decides to turn her and the Volturi are bothered by it, so they both leave and make a life for each other
You weren’t gifted, but you were a good fighter. The Volturi seemed like a good fit. Your life wasinteresting with the missions and a constant group of people to talk to andfight with. It was all satisfying enough…
Until Gianna. You werehooked on her the first day: you had never even remembered early secretaries’names, but you immediately had to know hers: Gianna. Every day you made it apoint to walk by her desk and chat with her. Every day you became more fascinatedwith her smile, the way she’d roll her eyes when she saw you coming. Sometimes, after missions, you’d bring her a little trophy. She’d politely put it in oneof the desk drawers, but you would see her smile to herself and take it outagain when she thought no one was around.
You heard Felix jokeexactly once about eating Gianna. Five minutes later, you had your teeth in herneck.
She shrieked at first, taken by surprise, but eagerly offered her wrists up to you to bite as well.Your control was only good for one wrist, and then you swept her into your armsand took her to your lair. She was screaming by then, and multiple guards cameby to see what you were doing with her: none were pleased.
When she finished hertransformation, you brought her to the masters. You proposed to train her: shewas fearless, she would make a good fighter.
And that was when youended up leaving the Volturi. Technically you hadn’t broken a rule, but theVolturi didn’t like to raise newborns in Volterra. Caius proposed killing her foryou (which is very on-brand for him). Marcus wasn’t even breathing and wascovered in a thin layer of dust. Aro just kind of pursed his lips and sighed unhappily.
Gianna was burningwith rage. Not only was she in pain from thirst, but she was realizing that Arohad never had the intention of turning her. You took her hand and she came backto reality. A little.
“We’ll be on our waythen. It’s dark enough for us to leave, and we’ll take the tunnels out so Gidoesn’t snack in the city.” You said. You were upset as well: all of the timewith them meant nothing. You were no Jane or Chelsea after all.
“How unfortunate.Well, best of luck. Do put in some distance before you feed,” Aro said, andthen you were shepherding Gianna away from the city on the hill.
Vampire Gianna wasdifferent from the human secretary you knew. She had no reason to hide her joy:nothing scared her, and you spent your time chaperoning her while she scaledtrees and jumped off cliffs into the ocean. You two were underwater for almosttwo months until you were both tired of drinking shark blood (which turned youreyes a funky shade of blue, by the way).
Life had a whole newmeaning, and you two spent it in search of adventure.
