Can I just....
Can I just have a moment to clarify a few things.
Some of the messages I have gotten from a few of you indicate that you are a little upset with my thoughts in my last post. I'm not going to answer them individually because they mostly seem to be along the same lines, so I'm just gonna one-fowl-swoop this bad boy right here and now.
Firstly, I under no circumstances believe I am a better fan than anyone. I have been a fan for a very long time, and every single person I have ever met, either online or in person that is also a fan of The Ready Set is a pretty cool person in my book; Regaurdless of how long you've been a fan, if you've ever been to a show or not, or what you do/don't know about Jordan, any of his live band/crew, or The Ready Set as a whole. We all have one thing in common, each and every one of us have all enjoyed at least one thing Jordan has done.
I am not calling anybody out. I am fairly certain that everything I said in my post directly related to myself... Such as reasons I don't go to shows for, and reasons I do go to shows for, those are all about myself and no one else. I firmly believe that the point I was trying to portray was that I respect Jordan, and everything affliated with him, in an in person face-to-face scenario.
I am not Jordan, and never claimed to know how HE felt about the whole thing.
Also I'd like to make one last thing clear. I LOVE seeing Jordan perform live. I have seen The Ready Set live a total of 18 times now, I know what it's like to be at the baricade or up against the stage so lost in the sound that you can hardly make sense of anything else around you in that moment. I jump, and dance, and sing my lungs out, and by the time it's all over I am drenched in sweat and need just a second to catch my breath. I am not saying don't enjoy yourself, I am not saying stand in the crowd unmoving and lifeless. I am sure every single one of you reading this that have seen Jordan live have had an absolute blast, and you were able to do so without tearing his shirt apart. Fair enough?
For everyone else who understood where I was coming from, and said nice things to me THANK YOU! I really didn't anticipate finding myself in the middle of a hot debate based on my thoughts last night. I have posted my opinion on TRS related things before on this blog and the response has never been like this! I will say there were way more of you who were supportive than there were those who were not. I am a proud Giant, and have lots and lots of love for my fellow Giants out there!!! With that said Lets all
