WAIT I FOUND ANOTHER ONE <333
Really wanted to try one of these after seeing some wonderful examples in the tags <3

Some funfacts/Headcanons and more below the cut:
- Hawthorne isn’t sure of her exact age or Birthday, so the crew begins celebrating her Birth on the Eve of Satinalia during their travels as it is her favorite holiday
- They joke and flirt at each other fairly regularly until she flat out left fields him with a “Kiss it better” in Lothering, leaving them both slightly bewildered
- Alistair may have a problem with apologizing *too* much as a habit of being passed off so much as a child, whereas Hawthorne often needs reminding not everything is personal. They are working on it together.
- Hawthorne’s ability to persuade is innate and she is aware of it, if not super uncomfortable with just how powerful it can be at times. She has better control over persuasion than she does her entropic abilities, but still limits asking favors from those she cares about in case of [influenced] voluntary response. Alistair’s ability to flirt badly and joke even worse seem to be the “make it or break it” situation in conversations and have been known to go either way. Hawthorne is oddly enamored with this behavior (especially directed at others) much to the general confusion of the group
- Alistair’s field knowledge of treating and bandaging wounds has come in handy very often. That said Hawthorne’s natural abilities as a Spirit Healer/Keeper’s First have literally saved everyone in the group from death at least once over. (Warden’s may be immune to illness but Alistair carried Hawthorne on his back from Flemeth’s hut to Lothering to not aggravate a serious injury she was healing from at the time.)
- It didn’t take long for Hawthorne to realize her passion for cooking, even if starting out was just two levels above eating roadkill to survive. Morrigan spends time teaching her the basics and she quickly gets a knack for making even the basest ingredients into aromatic and flavorful dishes. Hawthorne’s cooking has been known to make Alistair cry.
- Not being used to owning possessions beyond clothing, Hawthorne is chaos incarnate when it comes to keeping things orderly. If it’s on the ground in 50 pieces she knows where everything is. Alistair keeps tidy out of habit of staying out of sight in Redcliffe and through Chantry upbringing in general. It can be a point of contention when it comes to doing dishes.
- One of the best kept secrets of the group is that Alistair is in charge of talking, even if he doesn’t realize it. He will take charge of the situation if he sees Hawthorne struggling with interaction (She gets overwhelmed by confrontation and has been known to throw down with people 3x her size) Between the two of them they often leave informants/contacts, and even adversaries “rather charmed” upon leaving
- We know Alistair is more than happy to follow the lead over *being* the lead. What he doesn’t know (at first anyway as she hides it behind a certain smile) is that Hawthorne has even less of a desire to lead and uses where he wants to go as an excuse to look like she knows what she’s doing during the Blight. Thedas would be but a memory if Alistair hadn’t asked to see any of his “family” during the war..
- As far as handwriting: Alistair has schooling in calligraphy and has a fairly attractive signature. Despite reading every book in the Tower Library and taking constant notes, Hawthorne has what can only be defined as Chicken Scratch. It comes weirdly in handy when passing sensitive information to Leliana and Zevran respectively.
- Hawthorne has in fact licked one Lampost Prior to leaving Kinloch and a cookie goes to aaaaanyone who can guess who that might *possibly* be
- Hawthorne can pick up on Alistair’s mood shifts quicker than even he can for himself as she is *constantly* reading him (Her magic tends to leash to him while running on “auto protect.” With time/in later years Alistair is able to read her just as well making team up battles particularly lethal as they can communicate nonverbally
- They are the couple that proposes to each other simultaneously at Disney World. In this case they get “pre-engaged” during the Battle of Denerim (One last kiss with “if we both survive this we’re getting hitched” which is interrupted by Hawthorne’s promotion to Warden Commander/Alistair taking the throne.) They get engaged properly after the Assault on Amaranthine but don’t actually “elope” until being called upon by Merrill to help guide clan Sabrae after Marethari’s death in 9:26 Dragon
- these dumbf*cks would (and in Hawthorne’s case *have*) die[d] for each other thus destroying the other for eternity. The Dark Ritual was viewed as a genuine gift to at least Hawthorne which causes her to look for Morrigan/Play out the Events of Witch Hunt where she even offers to follow Morrigan through the Eluvian to help raise “their” child
Last nonsense details:
- Alistair wields a massive Maul made from a tooth taken from the False Andraste Dragon
- Hawthorne wields a staff made from an amalgamation of the Green Blade and
Alistair’s Rose
- Hawthorne’s magic has a small entropic drain going at all times: as a result she has to work twice as hard to either heal the equivalent or focus on specifically not draining those within a certain radius. While not lethal (to her knowledge anyway) the constant strain plays yet another role in her insomnia, something that started as a child after her magic manifested, and became an ever growing problem after being taken to the Circle.
- Hawthorne has one white hair for every nightmare she’s had, and even more for a specific case of head trauma
- Hawthorne’s duty seems to be tracking down both Revka and her missing siblings, as well as solving the Mystery behind Alistair’s parentage
I split the original image into two because the HD file was too big. They still line up nicely in separate images.
Transparent Version
The artist credit is still there on the bottom half of the chart. I don't know if anyone else has made an OT3 version of this, but I couldn't find one, so I made my own!
