my randomness headcannon is that G1deon the first and Cytherea were kinda besties.

Dios Apate were often being on fire tocise so they’d just be the ones left to hang out. They’re very different but G1deon seemed to like a charming funny people which Cytherea was. Cyth meanwhile likes bossing people around and G1deon is pretty obedient.

I think she also was crazy about Commander Wake because there’s a woman with a sense of Drama and would have adored their tragic love story.

She’d probably have some mixed feelings about Wake snatching her dead body but she’d be happy that G1d was getting some.

Painted with gansai paints, Japanese watercolours. From Tambi (small regular and Galaxy #2 palettes) and from Kobaien, one of the finest ink and pigment-makers in Japan, also very old, who I was privileged to receive a full palette from to act as a tester. It's amazing.

I was just thinking about G1deon and his character/behavior in HtN. And the little moments when Pyrrha appeared. And then Pyrrha in NtN. I've always had this picture of G1deon in my head of unreasonable, violent, the minor bad guy. But. He was John best friend. And he was friends with Pyrrha. And then he saw his bestie turn into this evil wizard and he thinks he killed his other best friend and the rest of his friends ignore him and he fell in love with god's enemy. And then he died heroically and it turn out Pyrrha is alive and she doesn't care about God anymore.
