Gif tutorial on Photoshop
buHere I will show you the basic of basic tutorials for making a Gif.
Firstly, you download any video from Youtube through a mp4 converter, or if you have one of your own, use that through your files. Once you have done this, go to ‘file’ then to ‘import’ then to ‘video frames to layers’. With this, you need to locate your video, and double-click it.
When you have selected your video, this will appear.
You then hold down the shift button on your keyboard and select the part of the video you want to upload into a gif. I selected the ‘select range only’ and ticked the ‘limit to every...’ but changed the ‘2′ to ‘3′ to reduce the size of the file.
This is what it should look like once you have uploaded it...
Then you’re pretty much done! Unless you want to change the size of your gif, which you can do if you go to ‘image’ at the top banner, then to ‘image size’ to change it to a smaller size. I then saved the gif to my documents by pressing ‘file’ then ‘save to web and devices’. It should then show a pop-up that you can automatically save into your documents.
In my next upload, I will show the development of my gif making abilities and how you can possibly make your gif look and seem even better.
