You can give these cute cupcakes in a jar as a gift or as a treat. They taste great and are fun to eat because they are filled with chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole milk. 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Mason jars 8 oz size.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles and chocolate chips. Fill each Mason jar halfway with the cupcake batter. Place the jars on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely in the jars before sealing with lids. Decorate the jars as desired and add hashtags for a fun touch. Enjoy your delightful cupcakes in a jar!
