I've noticed as a gifted student that the streets and also anti-science and anti-religion both love when someone like me doesn't hide their candle under a bushel. They're on the hunt and unfortunately, though programs like G.A.T.E. or Gifted And Talented Education do a lot of good, they also put us on the radar and now with the rise of extremism and conspiracy theories that are way way out there, we're dead man/woman walking. I've likely got crazies not limited to info wars types hating on me as well as activists, hackers, ecoterrorists, hate groups, gangs and Terrorists that hate or fear my type of intelligence or want to use it for their purposes. However, my main focus was medicine early on. In 3rd grade or so I walked far to the county library to read and read medical encyclopedias, medical journals and sci-fi, horror and military material etc. I made friends with the librarians and admittedly had a crush on one. #giftedandtalentededucation #giftedstudents #stem #extremism #radicalization #gangs #terrorists #organizedcrime #merica🇺🇸 #military #militaryscience #thinblueline #veterans and it didn't help I watched military and police series and movies on tv and animations and had the action figures to match and was also physically active, lived clean in spite of not believing in mormonism early on in grade school etc. I also kept a clean record. Very abnormal for a biker town infested with drugs, bikers, hate groups and some gangs and Anarchists and hateful Mormons, and I'll say Utah is less hateful and so is Idaho at first. Gifted class

I was in the “gifted” class in my school where you would go to a classroom one day a week for most of the day and then at like 2:00 you would go back to class. This gifted class was fun and I loved the people in the class and the teacher was nice. So, when the middle school gifted teacher came and showed us a presentation above what it’s going to be like in middle school, I honestly excepted the same thing. As in having fun a lot. It wasn’t. At all. When I got to her classroom, she was nice at first, but as the year went on, she became more demanding, I guess, of us. Like, if we didn’t do homework, she would be like, “My class is more important than your other classes. You should do my homework first.” Honestly, it was tiring and stressful. She felt toxic and normally, I would do my homework and when I forgot, I would worry so much. Her toxic attitude and all the other homework would sometimes make me feel sick or make me have a mental breakdown. I’m glad I’m out of her class now.
