I created this art with the alien being held captive, and somebody taking a picture of the alien. However we know the government keeps a tight led on that subject, and getting into a facility with a captive alien would be very slim to none, plus you wouldn't even know there is one captive,  because the government ain't going to tell you. They prefer to make it look fictional.
