The weight of death in Homestuck hasn’t been significant since Vriska died. Like, I feel like this update was supposed to be shocking but I was kind of like “Welp, I guess this is happening.”

So, currently the only alive characters are:

John

Roxy

Gamzee (if he somehow manages to reform or something. clown rules. he might be dead. but i would be surprised if he was truly dead)

Dirk (didn’t see him anywhere in the flash)

Aranea (probably not for long)

Aradia

I really don’t know where Hussie was going with this. Guess he really just needed to thin out the cast.

The art shifting of the flash was pretty cool though. I hope they say who the guest artists were. Also I always support using more music from the Cheribum album, because that album is fucking amazing and it needs more  love.

Also where was VRISKA!!! D::::   Oh right, she is still dead. Well, at least on the plus side, Vriska is now in the majority of characters in terms of liveliness.
