Dood, I only just discovered your blog because I literally searched "improv" on tumblr, but I have been improv nerd-ing out lately and I would love to talk to someone new (ie not the people on my team because they're swell but I already know all of their perspectives on improv) about improv. Plus I took a gander at your blog and you seem like a cool cat anyway. In conclusion: we should talk about improv sometime. Or something. This is probably weird but c'est la vie.

DoooooOOoOoD I'm down. Improv is literally my life teacher lmfao like no really, I learn all my life lessons through improv. It's prrrOOOOObably the best thing in the entire world. I love talking to people that get it. You should come off anon <3

His name is Jon Cozart and apparently he goes to UT.

I was at a Gigglepants show last friday (it's an improv comedy group of students that does free shows on campus) and they were doing this one skit that I can't really remember what was happening but this guy ended up starting to sing the song from the video. He only sang the first line but I was like, whoa man that guy sounds EXACTLY like the video! He went on to do a one man skit where he was supposed to be five different characters and it ended up being some sort of Igor-esque character, Voldemort, Harry, Voldemort's mom, and Ginny and it was freaking hilarious XD

Anyway so I was looking him up just now and lo and behold he sounded exactly like the video because it WAS him. Yeah that's kind of cool :D

I forgot to post earlier but the gigglepants n00bs/newbs (whatever) are awesome this year! They were awesome last year too, of course, but this batch is great too haha. I'm so jealous that they are talented enough to do what they do and to do it well.
