And they’re...believable! And can we talk about Christine and how they didn’t turn her into a jealous bitch. She was genuinely happy for her friend and was fine stepping aside. Like. That made me so happy. I really hope we get a season 2. It was a breath of fresh air from all the garbage in the world.
Omg I knooow. That was probably the main thing I found so refreshing: that there was absolutely no love triangle or drama or competition between Chris and Sam, and Chris is repeatedly vocal about wanting Eddie and Sam to get together. Chris and Eddie actually have a mature, supportive friendship and neither one of them catches feelings, and Sam and Chris bond on their own and are friends too, just— her character is handled so well.
