(Gilded) Ok so like you don't know jojo but in part 3 of jjba theres these 2 characters jotaro (the mc) and Kakyoin (the only other teen in the ride, basically his bestie) and in fanon theyre bfs because main gay ship yk. Anyways in part 4 theyre older and in my favorite types of fics theyre married, but also not BDJDH they hate eachother and never married but they obviously really really care about eachother. Because they went through a life changing experience and loved eachother but jotaro the repressed angry gay man just DIPPED out of guilt and ghosted kakyoin for like 10 years and when they meet again theyre salty and bicker a lot while having to be forced to work together. Anyways that's my favorite ship dynamic and it reminds me a lot of ponk and sam except that instead of being ghosted for 10 years ponk is salty because his arm was cut off. Also kakyoin needs prosthetics because spoilers SO yeah

I KNOW RIGHT its literally them and I love it anyways imma tell you why cause now I'm thinking of them. So [SPOILERS FOR PART 3 OF JOJO] at the end they fight the big bad dio and while fighting kakyoin dies by getting impaled through the torso. BUT IN FANON or just hcs hes still alive by the time part 4 comes but oh god imagine healing from that so he uses forearm crutches and/ or a wheelchair and cant really walk. I love kakyoin so this is basically canon to me he deserves to live 👍 (gilded)
