{✄} — Oh how cute! A stray cat. There had been nothing particulary strange about that, as for stray cats were actually a common thing in this town, so Anna’s seen quite a few of them. And yet, this one in particular.. There was something about it that she just couldn’t put her finger on. Perhaps something about it’s large golden eyes that seemed to stare back at her with a twinkle in it’s eye, or perhaps the fact that it had calmly approached her without a sound as she sat there reading her book.
Ah, suddenly she understood. The small kitten reminded her of someone. Though with it’s coat being a red-orange, she had second guessed herself. Maybe… Tomas, from The Aristocats? Well, granted the feline did remind her of him, in the pit of her stomach, she still wasn’t at ease. Someone else? The blonde gave a quiet hum, and the moment she realized where she was, it hit her like a ton of bricks. That’s right, this is the place she first met him, isn’t it? With a gentle smile, and a caring hand, Anna tenderly reached out and patted the kit’s head.
“Sudena, wasn’t it..?" In response, the stray let out a mew as if to answer her, closing it’s eyes while lightly purring. That only made the girl give a soft titter as her question only proved to be correct, continuing to stroke the kitten’s head. That’s right, without even realizing it, this place, now covered in the autumn’s leaves and rays, was the very same place Annabel had met the red-headed male all that time ago. The thoughts of ‘how is he doing now,’ ‘is he okay,’ and all the like quickly flooded her mind. Soon after, she wondered if she’d have the chance to be able to sit down with him and chat for a while, perhaps over some nice tea and maybe even something sweet. Who knows, maybe fate will be kind to us every once and a while.
