Niben
A century ago, Nibenay purged and razed the gnomish city of Gilfren, renaming what remained Niben.The city has not been rebuilt since. Niben is a smoldering pile of rubble, burnt land and smoldering ruins. Outcasts of Darguun, feral goblins and other monsters, and looters are the main inhabitants. Darguun now controls the land and outlaws travel to Niben, wanting what remains of the gnomish culture to remain hidden from what remains of the gnomes.
