❁ Gilgamesh may likely view Kirei with a lot of apprehension at first, making grumpy remarks regarding the priest's contrary nature- especially now that Kirei's airbnb sharing himself with none other than Rasputin. An especially haughty voice will definitely be trailing after Kirei's resurgence in Chaldea...
❁ However, no matter how hard Gilgamesh may try to wipe it off with an expression of disgust, he cannot deny the threads that connect him deeply together with Kirei. Gilgamesh will definitely bitch about him to others in Chaldea, though.
❁ I feel as if Kirei will regard him with a very smug expression, yet there may be a touch of nostalgia as well. As referenced in his voice lines, Gilgamesh is like an 'unchanging shop' to him; as an familiar taste that lingers eternally, yet never changes.
❁ In other words, they may experience a twisted means of feeling 'happy' to see one another again? I am not too sure, as they have pretty dubious yet strong feelings for one another.
❁ Kirei doesn't hesitate to talk to him when they meet, and their conversation is extremely familiar and close- their trademark barbed insults and witty banter are exchanged as if they're foes AND old friends at the same time.
❁ No matter what, those 10 years of companionship are a natural part of who they are, and this is expressed in the very honest and direct way in which they both communicate with one another, almost as if a single day hasn't passed since the last time they met.
❁ To them, it may be just another day; their time spent apart having little impact, due to the familiar feel of one another. They just continue wherever they left off, and continue as usual.
❁ Kirei will very likely do things that will annoy Gilgamesh, and they may just resume their "Yuetsu Club" activities as per usual; indulging in all sorts of sadistic antics and powerful desires, as well as pleasures together- and maybe some heavy violence too (?!)
❁ When they're together, though they aim extremely personal digs and insults at one another, they also discuss philosophical concepts at great length as well... it's a fun time! Especially when that priest swaggers nearby with his atrociously spicy meals and hellish spicy mapo tofu- Gilgamesh cannot stand the reminder of such irritating memories.
❁ Enkidu may enjoy seeing those two together- yet another person can tease Gilgamesh as well. It makes for all the more interaction, and all the more embarrassingly funny Gilgamesh anecdotes to share.
❁ Neither of them refer to one another with particularly glowing terms, yet it may become common to see them hanging out together at odd occasions. Gilgamesh and Kirei may not be around each other too frequently in Chaldea, but knowing them they absolutely will cross paths sometimes.
❁ I can imagine they will be quite something on the battlefield as well. It may be like their good old days of laughing mercilessly at their foes at times, especially when they overwhelm them in a soul-breaking defeat. However, both are also very dedicated to working for the master so Ritsuka/ Guda won't be in any danger (lucky them).
❁ Overall, I personally believe that in Chaldea they may hang out less than they did before; but will definitely rely on each other for some entertainment and favours every now and then- and Kirei will do his utmost to get on the king's nerves, as well as greatly delight in witnessing such exploitable vulnerabilities! (Gilgamesh has definitely shown some softer sides in Chaldea, so Kirei may love to make fun out of him for that).

As an NSFW extra, I wonder if these two will get very spicy with one another every now and then as well. They may have sex sometimes but I am assuming that whenever they do, now that they're both servants; things are going to be extremely hardcore. The restraints are now truly off between them.

Hi anon, thank you for the asks. This is an interesting and extremely challenging ask, I hope you enjoy it!! I have had to just write based off opinion for this ask, so it may not be the most accurate to canon.
Tokiomi Summons Caster Gilgamesh Instead of Archer Gilgamesh
✰ As I feel like Caster Gilgamesh and Archer Gilgamesh are very similar in nature, my gut instinct says that Caster would treat Tokiomi with just as much abhorrence and contempt as his other self (I may be wrong though).
✰ At first, Caster Gilgamesh wonders who on earth would have the gall to pull him away from his work and duties ruling over Uruk, and hopes that his summoner is hopefully one that'll entertain him, or is one that will at least give him a few surprises. With all that he can foresee with his clairvoyant abilities, he'd loath if his summoner doesn't at least provide something fun for him.
✰ He may care even less because he and Tokiomi don't share much by association, and may expect Tokiomi to prove his worth, and make it so that Gilgamesh deems him as worthy enough to follow- so Caster Gilgamesh will very likely challenge this magi- to the extreme.
✰ But once he witnesses Tokiomi's formal greeting, his expectations for Gilgamesh to simply abide by his rules; and his strict adherence to serving as the ultimate 'perfect magi'; Caster is ultimately BORED.
✰ He'll abide by the bare minimum of what Tokiomi requires- same as Archer during the initial course of Fate/Zero- but gradually over time will likely become increasingly frustrated and disobedient, trapping Tokiomi under the heel of his immense dominance as king.
✰ He barely- if ever- obeys Tokiomi's commands, and only plays along if it's fit to his whims or if what Tokiomi asks aligns with his own judgement. He may snap at Tokiomi to tell him a good story when he's bored, yet Caster Gilgamesh is far from impressed by anything the mage says.
✰ It's pure chaos. Moments of malicious compliance towards Tokiomi's goals result in Gilgamesh chasing any kind of excitement or entertainment by wandering off or engaging with foes in all sorts of random ways, instead of adhering to Tokiomi's preference for rule-bound fights. Tokiomi will absolutely hate how many surprises the Caster may put him through, and the two will likely not get along with one another- I feel as if Caster Gilgamesh would likely disengage from communicating with Tokiomi most of the time, and would likely just do his own thing. Whether that results in betrayal, Tokiomi's eventual death or something else could be anybody's guess.
✰ Overall, I feel as if Caster Gilgamesh would get along pretty badly with Tokiomi, it likely wouldn't take long for any sense of order between them to come crashing to the ground; and Caster will likely end up dominating the relationship in one way or another- Tokiomi will eventually end up groveling and answering to him, and this will deeply damage his pride as a mage.
