[ it’s laundry day, which means it’s time for andrew to pick up all the clothes strewn across every surface in his bedroom and carry them off to the laundry room. of course, he does this with telekinesis, simply standing in the center of his room and letting all the clothes fly over to him. he takes the bundle in his arms to the washer and dumps them in, sets it, and then wanders off to get something from the kitchen as they swirl around. when he returns to the beeping of the machine, he simply opens both the washer and the dryer across from it and telekinetically moves the articles of clothing from one to the other, making shirts and hoodies and underwear and pants fly across the room on their own while he stands there nonchalantly filming the spectacle and sipping from a can of root beer -- root beer which he then almost sprays everywhere in shock when he hears the door open behind him while his clothes are still suspended in the air. he whips around to see a doppelganger he doesn’t immediately recognize standing in the open doorway, certainly more shocked than he is when all the floating clothes suddenly lose their buoyancy and collapse, with one simultaneous wet slap, onto the floor below. all he can do is give a weak gulp and hope he hasn’t just scared the newbie too badly. ]
