A refreshing and floral cocktail that combines the botanical notes of Spanish gin with the delicate sweetness of elderflower liqueur and the tartness of lime juice, finished with a splash of soda water for effervescence.
Ingredients: 50ml Spanish gin. 20ml elderflower liqueur. 15ml fresh lime juice. Soda water. Ice cubes. Lime wheel, for garnish.
Instructions: Put ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. In a shaker, mix Spanish gin, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime juice. Make sure to shake it well until it's cold. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a glass that has ice cubes in it. Add soda water to the top. Put a lime wheel on top. Serve and have fun!
