                  what was it with people she knew & disappearing ? It’s as though            letters are a nonexistent concept in this world. But . . . can she               really say much, seeing as how she herself was known to disappear without                   so much of a word ? The one before her she knew quite well, a girl she                        would consider close in her circle of companions --- though, so             much time has passed that now the Dragon is almost hesitant.
