An enjoyable and healthy breakfast choice that tastes like warm and comforting gingerbread. This spiced quinoa has a great mix of nuts, raisins, and spices that will make your morning taste great.

Ingredients: 1 cup quinoa. 2 cups almond milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup raisins. 1/4 cup chopped almonds. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon molasses. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Instructions: Use cold water to rinse the quinoa. Put quinoa, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a saucepan. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat, cover, and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the quinoa is done and the liquid is absorbed. Add the vanilla extract, almonds, chia seeds, raisins, and mix well. Add 5 more minutes of cooking until the mixture is hot all the way through and has a creamy texture. After taking it off the heat, let it sit for a few minutes before you serve it. If you want, you can add more almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup on top. Enjoy your breakfast quinoa with gingerbread spices while it's still warm.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup popcorn kernels. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp ground cloves. 1/4 tsp salt.

Instructions: Pop popcorn kernels using preferred method. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until well combined and bubbly. Drizzle the gingerbread spice mixture over popped popcorn, tossing to coat evenly. Spread popcorn onto a baking sheet to cool and set before serving or packaging.
