A delicious and flavorful grilled chicken recipe with a perfect blend of ginger and lime. The marinade adds a savory-sweet touch, making this dish a crowd-pleaser at any barbecue.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably, marinate overnight for more flavor. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C and the chicken is cooked through. While grilling, baste the chicken with the reserved marinade to enhance flavor. Garnish the grilled chicken with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Serve hot and enjoy your Ginger-Lime Grilled Chicken!
