Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded. 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce. 4 cups mixed salad greens. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 2 tablespoons light ranch dressing.
Instructions: In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce until well coated. In another large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, and crumbled blue cheese. Add the Buffalo chicken to the salad mixture. Drizzle the light ranch dressing over the salad and toss until evenly combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!
