We all know Aiden's Wolf is both a polyglot and really prone to cursing (Aiden would probably phrase it as 'Lam has a very talented tongue' and winking as suggestively as possible while he says it!)

I was inspired a little while back by this post about playing bingo with Witcher ships - there are a bunch of fun tropes common to LambertxAiden on one of the cards! I dunno if I'll make 'bingo' yet, but the idea for this popped into my mind when I looked at the card and I had to draw it! (I apologize if any of the cursing doesn't make sense - I do not speak nearly as many languages and Lambert theoretically does and thus used a really quick and not-at-all-thorough google search to some up with placeholder text).)

Lambert and Aiden: in some couples it's 'opposites attract' and in others, well....

in others, they are cut from exactly the same cloth.

Does anyone, even Witchers, need that many knives?

~Inspired by that post that went around a little while back that was along the lines of 'when you are undressing with your partner and the pair of you end up with a pile of knives bigger than the pile of clothes' by the end, or something to that effect. It reminded me so strongly of these guys that I had to make this!

Lambert and his Cat having a rare lie-in on the Path on a sun drenched morning! Re-coloring and finishing my older Laiden lines recently helped break through some of the art-block I've been struggling with and I was inspired to draw another softer and more 'couple-y' piece for them! I just want good things for our oft-tragic boys!

I originally set out to GIF these four here but I also wanted to post all four full-resolution seasons since I think they lost quite a bit of detail in the process of animated-looping. I really enjoyed creating this study! It's an expression of my love for Inex's body of Witcher 'verse fics, which have brought me many, many feels!

Have I mentioned how much I adore Lambert's nerdy, experimentation-loving, explosion-prone, alchemist self? The geeky side of his character is such a wonderful juxtaposition with his grouchy gremlin self who begrudgingly fights monsters for a living!

Also, I totally subscribe to the idea that Lam makes potions and bombs for both Aiden and himself, 'cause Aiden is a little bit shit at alchemy. Meanwhile, Aiden takes care of the cooking for them, because he's marvelous at making really tasty meals out of thin pickings (and Lambert has been known to not bother with salt or even cooking his catch all through if left to his own feral devices).

But there is a shrine in every witcher keep, tucked away in the back of a herb garden or half-hidden in a niche .... A small humanoid figure .... Grieving, perhaps, or fearful, or wounded, or just so weary that it cannot go on.

(Thankful credit is due to the many fanauthors and fanartists whose depictions have influenced my personal mental concept of the Cats and to the face-claims suggested by various fans on the Accidental Warlord Discord, which also ended up heavily influencing how I envision them)

Aiden and Lambert - my favorite Witchers! I found the line-art version of this piece half-finished in one of my Procreate folders recently and remembered how much I like it and them :) So I decided to use it to practice coloring with a night time palette. I really love the results!
