Ingredients: 1.5 oz gin. 0.5 oz lavender syrup. 1 oz brewed green tea, cooled. 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice. Lavender sprig, for garnish.
Instructions: Gin, lavender syrup, green tea, and lemon juice should all be mixed together in a shaker. Put ice in the shaker and shake it well. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass that has been chilled. Add a lavender sprig as a decoration.
