But lavender makes such a great syrup and the muddling process is really to infuse the simple syrup, so this is an easy corner to cut. - Lavender Simple Syrup Boil water with a 50/50 blend of fresh and dried lavender flowers until water has reduced in half. Add equal volume organic raw sugar and stir until all sugar crystals have dissolved. Fortify it with a bit of vodka if you want it to last longer. - Cap Rock Gin is an organic gin from Colorado that is distilled with apples, lavender, and rose petals along with the juniper giving it a distinctly crisp and floral flavor profile. - #gin #ginsmash #lavender #lavendersmash #lavenderginsmash #threeingredientcocktails #cocktailrecipe #caprockgin #tw50bc #coloradospirits #organic #organicgin #homemadeingredients #lavendersyrup #homebar #ginstagram #ginthusiasts #ginlovers #floralcocktal #clearice #handcutice #directionalfreezing #summerdrinks #mixology #classiccocktails #liqpic #thirsty #imbibegram #cocktailkitchen #cocktailkitchencreative @jackrabbithillfarm https://www.instagram.com/p/B88U7CAofkh/?igshid=i5l2qj4ggytt
