Hi, sleep is evading my capture once again so you get to hear my thoughts

I saw a tumblr post talking about human hunting instinct from an alien perspective and how now it mostly shows up when we're interested in something and I do need you all to picture Freminet pacing around his machines like a predator trying to figure out what's wrong with it

Like, imagine you're hanging out with Freminet when he tells you he should probably go get some work done. You chime in and tell him that you can just hang out while he works, you point out how some of your hang outs are just y'all hanging out in the same room as each other while doing your own thing anyway and you promise not to get in the way!

He warns you that he gets a little...weird while he works, but you wave him off. This is Freminet we're talking about! Sweet baby Fremie, how weird could he really get?

Smash cut to you walking into the laundry room of the Hearth, the washing machine clearly on the fritz again after Lynette tried to use it again. He tells you it should only take a minute and to try not to interrupt him as he has a "process" You agree, leaning against a wall so you're as out of the way as possible while you watch

You've never seen Freminet work before, you've only ever seen him as a flushed, shy man until now. So imagine your shock when his demeanor completely changes, he shifts to walk on the balls of his feet, his breathing slows, and you swear his pupils dilate as he starts to pace circles around the busted machine

It takes you off guard a little, you mean, sure, you've known he's a fatui agent for a while now but you've never seen him look so...dangerous before. He looks so confident, so precise as his nimble fingers poke and prod around to check if anything's loose. As he begins to fix the problem you can't help but focus on how his hands flex, on how effortlessly he moves the washer back into place after he's done with previously hidden strength. You can't help but come to a conclusion as he steps back and turns his gaze to you, shrinking back into his shy posture

Time to finally upload the drawings and doodles I’ve made in the past months featuring my current DnD PC Polenta! She’s a goblin cleric of the Arcana Domain, and she actually does love the Italian dish she’s named after :)

Her party features tortle warlock Gip, satyr rogue-bard Yrilla, dragonborn sorcerer (thinks she’s a wizard) Svadilfari (who belongs to @reallytrulymeanit ;)), and a dhampir bloodhunter Sanogogh (who I’ve barely drawn bc he’s newer & the fact that Svadilfari keeps using Prestidigitation on him to make him sparkle has led to us generally making more memes of him than any actual art :’))

Gip’s a dad of a bat-doggo now, Yrilla has a friendly otter familiar, Svadilfari has already lost 3 pets, Sanogogh tried to steal a horse (it died) and Polenta sometimes acts like a pet herself with how small she is compared to the others. We’re a very peculiar party, but we’re working it out together!!
