Don't sleep during the day☀😉 👉According to the postulates of the great sage Charaka who was one of the principal contributors to Ayurveda there are 3️⃣ types of activities that play a particularly important role in our life - food, sleep and sex🔥 To be healthy you need to control them🤓 Today I will talk about sleeping🤩 Our bodies are the part of the Universe🌎🌞, and all processes are determined by general vibrations in a strong connection with circadian rhythms💫 👉Ayurveda describes how different doshas are activated during the day. 👉The ancient Chinese teachings speak of the daily movement of the yin-yang energies☯️, which has a certain potential at each separate moment, and this cycle is closely related to the solar one☀️ For example ☑️ at 9PM the pain threshold is in the lowerst level, melatonin secretion starts ☑️ at 1AM the level of immune cells (T-helpers) peaks ☑️ at 2AM the maximum level of Growth hormone ☑️ at noon the maximum level of hemoglobin ☑️ at 4PM the maximum body temperature, pulse rate and blood pressure etc. So it's wise to wake up with sunrise and go to bed with sunset🤓 🔻In the morning to sleep after 6-7AM is useless, after 8 AM is harmful: subtle energy leaves body and the nervous system gets damaged. 🔻Sleep in the daytime leads to diseases of the respiratory system, to heaviness in the head and other disorders due to a disruption in the movement of energy in the body. 👉In a daytime in a vertical position of the body the Electricity flows going from the surface of the Earth to the stratosphere and supports the circulation of our energy. After sunset, the energy flows change their direction and become favorable for the horizontal position. 🔻From 9PM to 1AM the activity of the nervous system decreases - it is in a state of a rest. In addition, Kapha dosha💦 (the most passive) is in active state up to 10PM - good time to sleep😉 Because the next one is PITTA dosha🔥 (fiery and active) and it will be difficult for us to fall asleep. 🔻A healthy adults need about 7️⃣ hours of sleep. If you need significantly more time to sleep, then you are not in a harmony. Love yourself and treat your body wisely!🥰❤️ https://www.instagram.com/p/CQeRB3YC-Iy/?utm_medium=tumblr
