Expect Nothing In Return
I just realized something amazing. For years and years I would find shows to play in, most for free, many of them for only a few people. At the turn of this year, even when I had not played as much shows as before, EVERY single one of them I was asked to do. Not only that, I played to a packed room AND got paid-weddings, dinner events, community events, workshops..the formula is simple: 1. Persistence. 2. Give. 3. Never expect anything in return - that is the key.
