“Eaten.. Yet?” It’s a soft question, a hint of awkwardness behind it. Elio was trying to make friends, but a lack of talking with those his own age made it a little harder. Yet Gladion was a little like him, lonely right? He had Team Skull, but didn’t seem to be a part of the ‘family’. Perhaps he’d be willing to join his own friends?

Today’s challenger had been quite the trainer, in all honesty, and Hau had been impressed by their abilities, but it also tired him out a bit and that was why he didn’t notice immediately when his Espeon started fidgetting in front of the door, obviously waiting for something.
When he finally did notice, after a pretty long yawn, letting him all teary eyed, he got cut off by a knock on the door, which only made the purple Pokémon even more excited.
He couldn’t stop the grin from showing up on his face when he finally opened the door and meet Gladion’s eyes, his Espeon running outside to tackle her sister on the floor, starting a friendly banter right there.
“Hey Gladion, nice to see you~ It’s been a while, how may I help you?” All the while, gesturing for the blond to come inside, Hau chuckled as the other rolled his eyes, as if the young Kahuna didn’t know why he was here.
