Bud, sheriffs and glamouring

We saw Bud quitting his job in S3.  He had been working as a police for over forty years, so he was in that capacity when Sookie and Jason’s parents were murdered. He also told that his brains had holes?! Many of us thought it was a gruesome joke together with polyps. Now I wonder.

Maryann noticed in S2 that Bud was a very easy target for her magic; she was even a bit surprised by it. When we meet Bud again in S5 he seemed to be very nasty towards Andy, but what if he really meant he didn’t remember things and wasn’t so sure what had really been going on? 

What if Bud was glamoured when Michelle and Corbett were murdered? We saw how it could be done by Jessica glamouring Andy to forget the Pelt case. What if the same thing happened to Bud ? According to folklore faeries can glamour too, but in TB we haven't seen that happen yet, only vampires have shown that ability.

What did Sookie say when she was trying to read Ginger’s thoughts in S1?

And what did Doug say to Alcide in S4?

And lastly, what did Nan say about Ginger in S3?
