It’s not official, but I’m pretty sure it’s licensed — back in the day it would’ve just been a #bootleg. Back in the 70s and 80s at least #live concerts would often be broadcast on the radio, especially if they sold out. So people like me would record them on cassette off the radio, and bootleggers would release them as albums. This is a pretty nice 3 #lp package with decent sound quality. I believe this tour was the last of Bowie’s big stadium tours with the giant sets.
