Riley had never been the most athletic student and he liked Coach Wylie much more than any other coach. Still he struggled just as he had  in times past, and it was clear Coach Wylie had noticed his lackluster performance. He had no doubt that was the reason he had been called in to meet her in her office. “You wanted to see me?” He asked standing outside her office freshly showered. She had been particularly tough on them today, and Riley was feeling the strain on his body, but he tried not to let it show.

The stance taken by West was almost predatory, the way she was looking into her eyes making goosebumps form on the back of her neck. Heather suddenly felt on edge, almost as though she was a teenager ready for her first kiss - that was what West did to her. 

Her words were not wrong... They had both been watching, waiting, imagining what could be, and all they really had to do was reach out and grasp it. The risks were high, she was cheating on her husband at the end of the day - no matter how unhappy she was in her marriage. But right now, as West leaned in closer and spoke in that tone, her concerns began to fizzle into nothing. 

“I don’t want to wait any longer either...” she breathed, before feeling the incredible sensation of West’s lips against her own. After imagining how this would feel, it was enough to make her weak at the knees to finally experience it for real. The hands that rested on West’s hips moved around and rested on her arse, holding her close.

Somewhere within the nurse’s jumbled words, Mass and hospital stuck out the most. It was most likely her impulsive nature, but Raf was beside Mass’ bed the moment she was able to have visitors. Their break-up may have been - well - definitely not amicable, due to Raf’s way of handling rejection, but it didn’t mean she wished the other to be injured enough to end up inside the emergency room. Several people had offered to watch Mass while she grabbed a coffee or a bite to eat as she waited, but nothing tempted her enough to leave her seat. She’d wait all night if she had to. The rustle of the bedsheets almost made her jump out of her seat. Without even thinking, she grabbed Mass’ hand in concern. “Hey,” she whispered, “don’t move too much. What the hell were you thinking?”
