A smile played at the corner of the Negotiator's lips as he traipsed down the hall of the Negotiator. His sister was around here somewhere, could feel the general direction of her in the Force, but not the exact location. Rounding the corner, an auburn brow arched seeing the fiery-haired woman talking to his Commander.

Cody, Force bless him, was trying to remain impassive, but Obi-Wan could tell that he was uncomfortable. Not horribly uncomfortable, more like Kassandra was teasing him uncomfortable.

"Sister, would you please leave my dear Commander alone before he spontaneously combusts," amusement danced at the edge of his voice glancing between the two. Turning his attention to the man he gave him a nod, to which Cody released a breath, gave them a salute and most certainly did not scurry away.

Obi-Wan watched him go, eyes sparkling with amusement. "Excellent news for you, we're going on a mission, approved by the council, might I add." He bounced on his toes a bit as he could barely contain his own excitement for the surprise he had for her.

James looked up at the woman and smiled politely at her. He noted that the cafe was full and he could guess that she was going to ask if she could sit with him. Gesturing politely a the seat across from him, he said, “Please, go ahead and sit. I’m not waiting for anyone. Seems everyone decided to come here today, huh?” He hoped he came off as polite. James was there to eat his lunch, obviously, but he had a couple of books out in front of him as he was planning some classes for next week, which was the first week back to school for everyone. “I’m James, by the way, it’s nice to meet you.” He shifted his books aside, leaving plenty of room for their meals. His was being brought out soon anyway and he knew the waitress would come by and figure out what she wanted soon too.

Nicholas  leaned  against  the  soft  cushions  of  the  couch  after  a  long  night.  Sometimes  he  didn't  know  how  Chrissy  put  up  with  his  hectic  schedule.  It  was  amazing  they  had  any  time  alone  at  all.  Wrapping  his  arm  around  her  shoulder  to  scoot  her  closer,  she  did  something  that  caught  him  by  surprise.  Chrissy's  lips  on  his  made  his  mind  go  suddenly  blank.  He  would  never  take  for  granted  how  she  tasted  or  felt  kissing  him  gently  like  no  time  existed.  The  telly  flicking  on  by  accident  didn't  even  make  him  jump  up  nervously.  No,  instead,  with  his  free  hand  he  laced  his  fingers  through  her  long  hair  despite  the  sound  of  his  heart  beating  in  his  ears.  "I  won't  ever  get  used  to  that,"  Nick  said  after  he  leaned  his  forehead  on  hers.

Soft smile was on Steve's face as he knocked on the open door of Chrissy's office - waiting until she looked up and the proffering the bags of take-out in his hands. "Hi angel." He greeted, stepping into the room and making his way over to her, pressing a kiss to the top of her head. "Decided to bring you lunch, we can eat in here? Just us? Unless you really feel like going to the teacher's lounge ..." Though the slight grin now playing at his lips implied he was teasing her just a bit with the last sentence.

🌈 : a blog that always brings fun vibes hm i feel like i could go with @zoomingupthathill for this! while yes bee can come to deliver some soul crushing angst at times, it always feels like there is some type of fun vibes going on around max's blog! whether it's max being chaotic or bee being hilarious/a sweetheart, i always love seeing bee's posts on the dash bc the vibes are always immaculate.
