GLEE S04E10 Glee, Actually
The Ultimate Episode Tournament: Round 2 Match 10
The Break Up (4x04) vs Glee Actually (4x10)
The Break Up (4x04)
Glee Actually (4x10)
I just listened to the latest episode of and that's what you really missed on Glee.
Oh Hanukkah: You can see Ian Brennan, Megan Doyle, Zach Woodley and some of the Paramount studio stuff.
Kevin used fake tears when Artie had to cry in this episode. Chris, Lea and Jenna can cry very quickly. Kevin can't.
Kevin: When Rory said Artie is the glue of the glee club it felt like a shoutout to Kevin. I don't think I was the glue by any means. Jenna: But you were always the solid force. Kevin: I'm steady. I remember talking to Brad Fulchuk about it and he said 'yeah, you are the glue.' Jenna: You get along with everybody. Everybody likes you. Kevin: It was just nice. It was a nice unexpected thing. (I can't say anything about Kevin, because I wasn't there, but this is not the impression I get from the podcast. And Artie being the glue? I can't tell. My view of Artie and Tina has shifted because of the podcast. My opinion of Kevin and Jenna got so bad, I can't separate them from their roles anymore.)
The whole dream sequence was fun to do and shot very quickly. Jenna: I also remember this episode being chaotic. I remember being rushed during this episode. And I feel for somebody who doesn't get a storyline every episode and then your storyline is rushed. It frustrated me sometimes when that happened because you're like 'I don't get this every day.' (There is not one actor on Glee who has a storyline in every episode. Even Rachel who was the main character for all 6 seasons hadn't a storyline in every episode. Some get more storylines than others though.)
Kevin was feeling uncomfortable filming Feliz Navidad. Kevin: Imagine performing for a room full of people who are like 'What is this?' And it doesn't necessarily felt like it's the scene they're acting. It's more like what is actually going on. So it feels so weird to be on the receiving end.
Kevin doesn't speak Spanish, but had to sing in Spanish.
Sam and Brittany telling people what they really think of them is something Chord and Heather do.
cringe moments: When Artie tells Rory to speak close so he can understand him. The weight jokes.
Best dance move: Feliz Navidad – floor work (Jenna), making impressions of everybody's dance moves (Kevin)
best song: Feliz Navidad
performance mvp: Kevin (Jenna) honorable shoutout to Heather and Chord (Kevin)

fun facts:
chris colfer’s favourite glee christmas memory was ice skaing in bryant park with darren criss.
white christmas is the first klaine duet, and kurt duet, since season three.
"it’s just really scary to think that, when i finally reach my destiny, that you won’t be around to see it.”
BESTIES!!! New Christmas Glee quiz just dropped 😧
Build a glee Christmas episode and I’ll assign you an iconic Christmas glee cover and a bts pic 🎄
Enjoy!! And tag your results/thoughts mayhaps? 🤔
The Artie plot of Glee, Actually implies that out of the original members of the Glee Club, only Santana and Mercedes graduated as part of the class of ‘12. Finn, Puck and Mike are still jocks and presumably students, Kurt fell behind because of home-schooling, Rachel... is the librarian/still student? unclear, and Quinn died, but there’s no sign of Sancedes. Meaning, they’re living their best lives as top bitches out in the world, being better than anyone else, and I for one can get behind that.
No tricks, just treats! Holy shit we're alive. Has it been an embarrassingly long time between episodes? Yep. Are we sorry about that? Sure are. But we're here and we've got a Christmas episode for you.
This is 4x10 - "Glee, Actually." Artie experiences a full It's a Wonderful Life dream sequence when he slips on some ice. Meanwhile, Sam and Brittany worry about the end of the world due to the Mayan Apocalypse. Over in New York, Dad of the Year Burt Hummel helps deliver the best Christmas gift ever to Kurt.
