how do you stay so positive? i love brittana and klaine and i've managed to be pretty optimistic about things through the years but after these spoilers this season, this fandom is ruining everything. it's making me so sad, attacking ships, attacking the show that's given us so much happiness through the years. i only follow glee positive people but i still end of seeing all this negativity. thanks for being a shining star in this fandom and not posting wank about ships. <3

i find that being part of a “fandom” doesn’t appear to be so much about being a fan and simply loving something as much as it’s about being extremely analytical and looking at something with the most critical eye possible. and as much as i wish it was up to me to define what a fandom should look like (what would be a group of fans together just loving something unconditionally, with all its flaws, and for all its flaws,) i think that being part of a fandom and being a fan have become 2 entirely separate things. actively looking for negatives in anything is not who i am, but it is something that fandom lives and breathes. so for me at this point it's like, i'll be over here in my corner where no one as much as defensively points out glee hate ever, and i'll be here watching and giffing the last 13 episodes of this tv show that makes me happy, and everyone who is here to enjoy every second of glee for the very little time we have left can join me and we're gonna have the best time ever together... and then that is as far as my participation in this fandom goes, because i totally feel you, and we can't just allow people to put a damper on what is a source of happiness for us.
