Well, the rooms here are nice... Welcome home, I guess? How is everyone finding it here?

Anyone have some resolutions for the new year?
Hey all
I have recently been unwell and recovering at home but i’m now back at Second Hope. I hope the other staff have been acting in the correct fashion. My foot is currently in a split so no running around for me for a few more weeks yet.
If anyone would like to talk my door is open or can even send me an ask.
So today I decided I’m really want to be done this place. I want to see my daughter as well.
I think I have gotten to the point where I am trying to figure out what I am doing with life. I’m a year older, but yet I still feel stuck and not sure where I want life to go. I mean I do know what I want out of life, but yet I am still at a lost at the same.
I’m pretty sure I finally see signs of spring now, which makes me feel a little bit better. It also kind of takes my mind off the fact that there’s playoff hockey and basketball going on right now too.
Kind of.
I guess it’s about time I introduced myself, or so the nurse says. Something about recovery, healing, a good ten-minute rant about mindfulness and I gave in just to get her to stop. So uh, hi. I’m Sam, and I guess I’m the new guy or whatever?
I honestly can’t believe they sent me back here. Same room and everything. Though as uh...entertaining, as you all were, I’m planning on leaving much quicker than first time around.
I’m sure those I already know are thrilled to have me back though. And if this place did end up getting more people I’m sure you’ll love having me here as well.
