I'm torn between "What the hell actually HAPPENED on Glee??" and "Thank goodness I missed it."

Not sure whether I want it explained to me or not. Some shit has clearly gone down, though.

Okay somebody needs to tell me if that "what if Glee never happened" thing was tonight's episode, over and done with, or if the gif of Kurt getting shoved into lockers is from a promo and I'm going to have to deal with this on my dash for the next week or so.

Because if it's the second, I'm blacklisting 'Glee Actually' (that's the title of the episode, yes? I thought I saw that?).

When season 4 of Glee is over, I demand a compilation of all of Tina's "just don't give a fuck anymore" moments. From what I've been seeing on my dash, there are a lot of them this season.

"It doesn't matter who it was."

I just realized how severely fucking terrible it is that Blaine didn't tell Kurt who he cheated with.

At first, Blaine's statement of "It doesn't matter who it was" doesn't seem so terrible. Yes, it was a blatant attempt to redirect the conversation in the direction he wanted it to go, and yes, it was yet another complete disregard of Kurt's feelings at a time when Blaine was supposed to be apologizing (even though I'm pretty sure he never actually got out the word 'sorry' until much later), but ultimately? The name 'Eli C.' isn't going to mean much to Kurt.

It's easy enough, as a viewer who's already seen the whole thing go down from Blaine's point of view, to say: Sure. It's really NOT that important who it was, because it was a random stranger and Kurt wouldn't even recognize him passing on the street, even with a name to guide him. We can see why Blaine wouldn't count that question as important.

But KURT doesn't have the same information. Blaine didn't tell him "It's no one you know, so it doesn't matter," Blaine gave him absolutely no indication as to whether it was someone he met at a bar or someone he's known for a while. All Kurt got was "It wasn't Sebastian." So to him, yes, it really really DOES matter who it was, because what if it's someone he KNOWS? In fact, that would probably make more sense than it being a stranger. Most of his experience with cheating (watching his friends, ect.) involved a pair of people who knew each other decently well, not just a random meeting. And given that he and Blaine have many of the same friends, occupying the same groups at both Dalton and McKinley, this means that he probably sees a very significant possibility that Blaine cheated on him with someone Kurt considers a friend. Which means that besides dealing with the betrayal of Blaine having cheated, part of him is probably wondering whether one of his friends went behind his back as well. And with no way to know, that HAS to be eating at him.

Could it have been Dave, who may or may not still be in Lima and has a history of rather impulsive actions? Could it have been Sam, who's been hanging out with Blaine a lot lately and who is presumably still living in Kurt's family's house? Could it have been one of the girls, even, because while Rachel was safely in New York, Brittany has a loose sense of what 'counts' as cheating? Artie? Joe?

"It wasn't Sebastian," really doesn't narrow it down. And Kurt trusts his friends, sure, but didn't he also trust Blaine?
