DM Glen Douglas is a military munitions depot tucked away near Loch Long, not far from Arrochar. Built in the 60s, it was once a NATO stash point for tens of thousands of tons of explosives—missiles, depth charges, and the like. These days, it's just the UK using it. The place sits at the top of Glen Douglas, a quiet glen that now hosts one of the largest ammo dumps in Europe. Lovely, isn’t it? Peaceful hills, scenic waters… and a mountain full of bombs.
