Mixing a tablespoon or two of salsa into eggs is delicious. I like to mix up one or two eggs and salsa, and throw that crap in a small skillet with some oil (or baking spray) and just wait until the whole thing looks like a flat omlette. Recommend heat on low so it doesn't burn on the bottom. When it starts looking opaque/dry on top, throw some shredded cheese, or fuck, a kraft single. IDGAF. Makes a gr8 egg taco. If you have sour cream, that's delicious on this.

Other eggy thing: make a microwave scrambled egg, how you do, then add a tablespoon or two of your favorite hummus and mix it in. Looks disgusting, but very filling and tasty! Schmear it on a slice of toast, if that's your jam.

Have you read Seven for a Secret by Elizabeth Bear? It's a little darker and not UF, but it's teenage girl werewolves with lesbian content. Uh, cw: lots of Nazis, it's alternate history where they took England. Very very good, lots of feels!

The hematoma? His face is covered by the skin (and accompanying tissue) of his scalp. They flipped it down over his face to show the brain. My dad had a lesser version of this done when he had his frontal sinuses filled in!

OH I SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! :DIt’s so gross and so awesome. I love gross medical pictures. One time I went to the dentist cause I had twenty canker sores at once (I’d been using an alcohol-based mouthwash twice a day and apparently mouths DO NOT like that). So I’m freaking out that it might be like syphilis or AIDS or some shit, so my dentist pulls out his big Book O Gross Dental Pictures and he’s like, “No no no, mouth AIDS looks like THIS, syphilis looks like THIS. Calm down.” and I went “Oooooh neat pictures” so he plopped down in the chair next to me and we went through the whole book and I kept going, “WOW WOW WOW LOOK WHAT HAPPENED THERE THAT’S SUPER GROSS! :DDDDDD” and he went “YEAH IT IS that is blahblahblah blah and it’s hella gross. LOOK AT THIS ONE IT’S GROSSER” and I’m like “YEAAAAAAAAAAH!”tl;dr: I fucking adore my dentist, he’s the greatest.
