i never understood this either, so i just stopped giving a shit. once my assistant commented and was like "omg i can see your underwear lines!" and i told her i didn't care and didn't understand why she did and she got all quiet and i felt all badass. power to the panty line.

Good for you for standing up for yourself! You are a total badass.

this dude works 11am-8pm so it just happens to line up perfectly with the fact that i get out of work at 4. and i can literally see his apartment from my window. i’ve never had something so perfect land in my lap.

1. This morning Ryland said, “You are my friend the best,” to me.

2. The sunset last night (I’ll show y’all later).

3. Not being a jerk to my body.

4. When Jeremy tells me he appreciates the work I do at home.

5. Sleeping fairly decently last night. I had 76% sleep efficiency according to fitbit!!

Crushed fresh parsley applied to the bruise will help it heal faster! I don't know the science behind it, but my family has been using that remedy for years. I hope the pain dissipates soon!

Hmmm, okay, thanks! My Jazzercise teacher also suggested  something called Arnica, so I’ll check them both out!
